Another good brand is color club. They have amazing neons, but i think you have to get them at beauty supplier stores or outlets.

if you haven't already checked your local hot topic, you might want to try there. you might need 2 coats of it to make it a vibrant as you want, but one coat should suffice.

Just go to a drug store and buy like Wet N Wild nailpolish ... they have obnoxiously bright nail color...
Wal Mart or Target. Some of the brands they have all the colors for cheap.
