homecoming is coming up and i need to find a cleen affordable nail salon in houston texas...Where is the cleanest place in Houston to get acrylic nails?

Drive around north western or northeastern parts of houston to find small, new, ignored nail places. ones that are hidden or not popular will probably charge less than other places. family owned nail places are cheaper than company owned places like ulta or something. places that focus on hair, like salons(not proffessional though) and not nails would probably charge less than other places. check yellowpages or something too.
