What is a cheap place to get your nails done downtown portland Oregon?
I would suggest you go somewhere else. Everything is more expensive downtown. They have to pay their high rent somehow and they pass it down to the costumer. It's too pretentious. Try nails 2000. It's about 35-40.00 for a nice French manicure...What is a cheap place to get your nails done downtown portland Oregon?
