Try this store: They do groomings by appointment and its not just for dogs and cats. Its located in Suffolk County too. I found some in Nassau but i dont think you want to travel that far.

Pet smart would probably do it. Just call up there and ask if there is anyone that would be willing to cut your hamsters nails, and if so how much. Ask for the manager if the workers are unsure, but make sure it is the manager in the grooming department
