I think it's just one of those things though...like most arabs own gas stations, most africans own hair braiding shops...a lot of hispanics own mechanic shops...etc.
FIRSTLY, THEY'RE VIETNAMESE.





AND SECONDLY, ITS BECAUSE THEY HAVE SMALLER, MORE DELICATE AND PRECISE HANDS SO THEY CAN DO THE NAILS BETTER.

They are better skilled at it. They are just talented in the works of beauty.
asian people are really into beauty treatment. i think they invented it.
