Salon Cartier for the hair, I barely cut my hair, like get a trim or whatever, yet they make it look amazing every time.


And it's been rated top in the Bay Area several years.


I'm pretty sure it's in Walnut Creek.





There's a nail salon right under it, which is pretty convenient.


But for the makeup, you'd probably have to go to a mall or something, and just have them do her makeup.
