Looking for a salon and also a nail place?

I am looking for a place to get my nails done pedi/Mani the day before my wedding. I would like a place that is not to expense. But i also want a place where they say more to you then. what u want ,pick color ,pay now. Also looking for a salon that is open at like 7 in the morning? my wedding is at 11 but i have to be there by 10 and it is almost an hour drive away.Looking for a salon and also a nail place?
I'd look at Mitchells. They arent cheap, but they are generally considered one of the best places in Cincinnati.
