Hello-
i'm moving to Hershey, PA in a few months and was wondering if anyone knew of a good nail salon near that area? I'd like a clean, polite place that offers good quality. It doesn't have to be fancy, just decent. I am brand new to the area and so I really, really don't want a place thats hard to find. A place along a chain of convenience stores or next to a grocery store would be great. Also, not too expensive. I don't need a cheap place, but I do need one whose prices aren't through the roof!
